I have to thank your videos for allowing me to see the light again. But this video is massive! If you assign yourself as a player you’ll always be stuck inside the game of no fap levelling up & down, relying on streaks to make you feel like you’re free again until you relapse and suddenly you’re a prisoner again which only leads to chasing another streak because that’s the only way you know how to be free. This message you’re spreading is game changing no pun intended. Do not let no fap live rent free in your head..just because you’re on a streak does not mean you’re free because you’re still playing!

Nofap is awesome but when you succeed you start asking yourself how aboit other things are they addictions too. Like i used to play tennis like crazy everyday. I couldn't stop. Very few people would think this is an addiction. But if you stop something that is not vital (fpod air ) and feel like shit maybe it's an addiction. I don't know if I'm making sense

What about no fab but you where never porn addicted in the first place, I never needed porn, I just did it when I got hard. Is there an other good way to stop than just to stop consuming porn because I am already not consuming it.
