On 2+ months now. Benefits are real. For me it’s been particularly noticeable on energy levels and skin. I don’t think my skin can get any better and then it does! I have so much energy I have to workout twice a day! Today someone told me “I don’t know what you’ve been doing but you look amazing” oh and the blank stares are so funny. I just walk in into any place and people creepily stare. All I can do is smile back However it is important to also note that I do many other things along with SR. Including working out (like I said sometimes twice a day), almost daily yoga, meditation (2hours per day and I’ve done that for many years), fasting or intermittent fasting, breathwork, sauna/steam/cold plunges, cold showers, and a few other things. Essentially anytime I’m not working on my real job I’m working on myself. I think SR, however, leveraged all those things 100x, and the benefits are now more noticeable.

I been Practicing on/off for last 1-2 yrs but this year I am More determined and Spiritual and Mentally Balanced in my Stoicism practice and my Emotional intelligence. I've grown up on this journey and I learned there's so many females and so many opportunities to make money. That's good. But inner happiness unlocks true love. Nothing externally will change you but this gives you sight at your life's journey and purpose. This is a cleansing phase. Not a hold it...mso I can get something phase.
