vinod kumar its required to see is love and affection exist there in such relation ,bcz intention to create legal obligation has to be seen with regard to this as a reasonable man test will be applied so far intention to create legal obligation is traceable not in statute and laws but it’s there in precedents like CWT vs Abdul Hussain .nd if an act is done in past that could be a consideration too. If it will be done in future it’ also a good consideration.
