Sir mujhe ek bada confusion hai Sir suit file karega paintiff jointly Toh discharge kaise dega Apne bola na dicharge matkab to release somone from liability Par cause of action hone lar toh hum file karenge na case against tye person jisne paisa nahi deya Toh discharge kaise ho raha hai ????

Sir COA arise in the year 2000.. and pp is 12 years till 2012. In the year 2000 A is minor of age 17 in 2001 he became major so will he get 11 years according to section 6 read with sec 8? Because ordinary pp is upto 12 years. It will be a great help if you can answer this because in a book it is written that he will get 1+2 only 3 years but as per my knowledge he naturally has 11 years left to file a suit.
