I am NOT a video editor... but I did put together this promotional video to show you just a FEW of the labs in this course.
SEC573 assumes no prior experience and start with what a variable is. OnDemand is recommended for those with no experience as you can move at a pace the live classroom environment can't support. The course covers everything you need to know to start developing tools.
Those with prior knowledge will find the self-paced fun lab environment entertaining and educational as they quickly start working on advanced material. When you finish all of the material covered by lecture, there are dozens of more advanced CTF challenges to keep you engaged and pushing your skills forward. You will learn to write a sniffer, parse log files and find indicators of compromise, retrieve and process packet payloads automatically looking for malware. You will learn to develop forensics tools. Analyze the Windows Registry, Tap into the wealth of OSINT information available in Web APISs and develop device trackers. You will learn to develop offensive tools with meterpreter like functionality including code execution and an embedded interpreter.
