After watching the video, I was reminded of Einstein's quote on solving problems "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them. " We need to take these types of programs that are working and adapt/export them to communities throughout the US that are dealing with reintegrating people back into society. Jobs opportunities and a support network appear to key components.
