Studies weekly is a great source for social studies homeschool work. It’s accessible online and comes with news articles for kiddos to follow along. I’ve used this now for the past 2 years.

We use The Waldock Way Unit Studies. Built in book and video suggestions are really handy. My kids love the coloring pages that come along with these Unit Studies.

We did the Me on the Map unit study by Little School of Smith's for social studies and all three of my kids loved it.

Love your blogs! We also picked explode the code and writing without tears! I’ll be using reading eggs for math, with maybe an online curriculum. I haven’t made up my mind yet. For history and science we also do unit studies. We keep super simple. But for the most part we’re unschoolers here! So for instance, if they want to bake or watch a movie. We’ll do that instead ♥️

I absolutely LOVE your videos. I'm about to start homeschooling two of my kids (2nd and Preschool) and everything you mentioned is what I have been leaning towards using! SO excited. Such confirmation for me, did you love all of it? I am looking into Truth Quest for History and Apologia for Science as well as Moving Beyond the Page for added supplemental Reading. Also some material from Easy Peasy All In One Homeschool (all completely free) for my pre-schooler especially.

Just found your channel! Love it. We use a lot of the same curriculum. We just finished math with confidence 1. My daughter loves it! All the games are so fun and it really teaches her number sense so well! I love it because it holds my hand and makes teaching math so easy which I needed because I’m horrible at it. We did Singapore math for kindergarten and really liked MWC much more.

I use Usbourn Childrens Encyclopedia and have my kids go in and pick things they want to learn about. We read a lot of books, do projects when we can, and I try to find any educational videos I can. We keep it as loose or rigid as we want and once we run out of new books to read we are done 😂
