Bhai aajkal ke time mein job wale logon ke transfers bahot hotey hain. Main pichle 3 saal mein 3 states mein kaam kar chuka hu (MH, UP, KA). Ab waqt aa gaya hai ke hum sab logon ko is lootere system ke khilaaf aawaz uthani hogi (koi sarkar khud se ye nahee karegi). Mere hisab se 2 states ke beech agar koi difference hai tax mein toh woh pay kar dena chahiye par ek limit tak (agar gaadi ka already 2-3 baar LTT liya ja chuka hai to phir ab nahee lena chahiye). Best toh yeh hoga ke pure India ka 1 hi LTT ho jaye (toh govt. bhi khush aur public bhi - Kyuke ab govt un states se bhi standard tax legi jahan tax kam tha)

I heard for a new vehicle up to 3 year old 80% of invoice value is taken then up to 6 years 60% , up to 9 years old 40% of invoice value and for more then 9 years old it is 20% of invoice value for the calculation of prevailing road tax.

Ols state se road tax refund bhi to hota hoga sir?? Cz 4 lakh ki gadi ki depreciated value hui to bhi 8% se 32000 hua road tax. Aise to 4 lakh ki gaadi almost 450000 ki pdegi. So delhi se gaadi purchase krna bilkul bhi possible nhi hoga in that case

Is it compulsory to get an NOC from Gurgaon RTO right after the diesel vehicle completes 10 years? Or can we get the NOC even after 11-12 years? 2. In Hyd, the road tax for a 10 year old vehicle is charged at 9%. Is it calculated on the actual invoice value without adjusting any depreciation for 10 years, or using the current market price?

I bought a bike from Maharashtra State and took it to West Bengal. The vehicle is in my name only. Can I just pay the lifetime tax for West Bengal and retail my Maharashtra registration? The reason why I want to do this is, I may possibly go back to Maharashtra and my stay duration in West Bengal is not fixed, it can be months or years.
