I believe that Toyotas are the best in general terms in the Philippines. It’s the only brand I’d look at first and foremost if I was there

the early Mitsubishi uses a timing belt, they changed to a timing chain on later models.

Mitsu are known gas guzzlers. We think Toyotas are reliable, dependable and more roomy. We enjoy our toyotas here in the US. Good luck!

That’s probably a totalled car and maybe stolen, that’s why it was badly painted. Maybe they covered the original colour paint. Don’t buy, you might get in trouble in the future. This car might be stolen overseas, and exported by the car jackers.

why not just buy a new one so it's perfect? you can put in a huge downpayment then you just have a small monthly payment to worry about. save money on repairs and maintenance, plus you get better gas mileage.

I was thinking the same thing. You get what you can afford, and used cars all have a past. You don’t like it, up your budget. If those same vehicles were daily driven in Canada, they would be rusted out for the same price he’s showing us.

Matt, don't buy Mitsubishi that's the worst Japan car. I drive them all day at work new ones and they still govno. Toyota best, other is the Navarro better than this white repainted rust bucket.. but expect not cheap in parts. Ok. Ciao

Matt, whatever you decide eventually, please DO NOT ever buy a Mitsubishi vehicle. Of all the vehicle manufacturers, this is the one brand I would stay away from , no matter how interesting the price might be. I once worked for this company. I know the poor quality of the materials they buy at the factories in the first instance.
