Specialist and generalist are like two philosophies of life. All most all entrepreneurs including Roman are specialist. They have a definition of life based on growth in a specific field, grow yourself and then pull the society. Generalist on the other hand are observers, they gather knowledge about lot of things and then pushes the society through constructive criticism and mass awareness. Writers, directors normally has the ability to channelize it into art and have the voice. Success for them is how many hearts they have touched. Social media is toxic because there are people who don't understand how to pursue either of these and just keep shouting pointlessly without even going deep and judging. They want to one while doing the other. What was wonderful in this podcast was the conversation between two person who are completely at the end of these two spectrum. Vaibhav was like seriously dude the society means nothing to you and Roman was like not unless you can do something its just eating away your mindspace. I just loved this episode and I could relate like hell. P.S. I have been an generalist for a long time but when I appeared for JEE slowly I changed my myself and am still pushing to become a specialist. Thanks Vaibhav for another great watch.
