I think I can speak for a LOT of Latvians, when I say that we had lost hope. Me and my mom sat down, to watch the usual countdown of countries that doesn't include us. And then, BOOM they call Latvia first. I'm glad I don't have heart problems, because I would have had a heart attack, if I did. Dons broke our unlucky streak. Even getting INTO the final is a huge deal for us.

I was hearing for the first time the songs in semifinal 2 and my two favorites by far were Latvia and Switzerland. Georgia was my 3rd favorite. I do not understand why people are suprised by Latvia getting qualified and not for Estonia!! Latvia was great performance and vocal, it reminds me of Albania 2012 (my all time favorite performance). I would prefer also Malta and Albania (my country) qualified but the semifinal was very strong. Im rooting for Latvia, Ireland and Switzerland for the Final.
