All-around onion over rice
[Ingredients]
All-around onion 45g (1 block)
Soy sauce 30ml (2 tbsp)
Sugar 15g (1 tbsp)
Cooking wine 15ml (1 tbsp)
Water 60ml (1/3 cup)
Green onion 10g (1/3 cup)
Bonito flakes 5g (1/2 cup)
2 eggs
* If the all-around onion is frozen, let it thaw at room temperature.
[Directions]
1. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of cooking wine, and 1/3 cup of water in a pot and melt ingredients over low heat for 30 seconds.
2. Add 1 block of all-around onion and mix.
3. Break 2 eggs in bowl and beat.
4. Add eggs to the pot over low heat and add 1/3 cup of green onions.
5. Lightly mix eggs and cooked them how you prefer.
6. Put 200g of white rice in a bowl and cover with sauce and eggs.
7. Garnish with 5g of bonito flakes.
