I'm fully aware of the Cybercrime Code Act and my actions are well within the ambit of the law. And so please do not deviate from the main message in this video. The school is a public institution and can come under public scrutiny. It is not a private institution. And so the content of this video is for the benefit of the public, constitutes a fair comment and was made in good faith, being disseminated which concerns serious allegation of corrupt practices and misuse of public funds by the school administration.
