Those who have never been in competitive combat sport don't know how the body works. Asking a boxer to show up 4-5 hours before the fight starts, means he was actually ready for the fight at least 6 hours before he walked out. That's 1/4 of the whole day of just being ready while your opponent was still sleeping and relaxing him in that period. The human body HATES waiting, especially for a nervous event like boxing. Imagine 6 hours of that. He was already mentally exhausted before he entered the ring. They did Francis dirty big time. It reflected on Joshua's next fight against Dubius.
