I still remember how an ADA here in Colorado Springs used his power to avoid punishment for his off leash dog humping an old lady's old dog to death. He piled on motions and BS when she tried to go to court and she literally died knowing she and her dog would not see justice and he still practices. Burn it all.

Yes more transparency for sure. When voting for these Judges very little information is given out about them. The lack of transparency makes it difficult to know which Judges to appoint Who are they? What issues do they stand for? What cases have they heard? On important issues where do they lean? Voters for the most part blindly vote them in.

I'm calling some bs. Solely bc I feel like this case is ministial to the tx ag & the judges the ag ruined simply for being part of the case. The original judge is an amazing person & now no longer a judge due to being stuck with a case that was no win due to the tx ag being involved. When the cases began - it sounded legit. But everyone after the original judge was also pretty much run off their role as a judge as well. The system is broken and very few news channels report.
