Ustadh Bajour in his khutbah in Epic Masjid, tells about the gift that Prophet(SAW) gave us. According to a Hadith in Bukhari Muslim, When a person how is offering prayer(Salah) after reciting Atahiyat and Darood e Pak, he can make any dua, as Allah will surely accepts his/her du'a at that time. If you want to accept your dua by Allah Almighty, make dua at this time.
The Prophet(SAW) also encourages to make dua after finishing prayer. The Messenger (ﷺ) said: ‘If one of you finishes from the last Tashahud; then he should seek refuge with Allah from four things; he says:
اللّهُمَّ إِنِّـي أَعوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذابِ القَـبْر، وَمِنْ عَذابِ جَهَـنَّم، وَمِنْ فِتْـنَةِ المَحْيا وَالمَمات، وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْـنَةِ المَسيحِ الدَّجّال
“O Allah, I seek refuge with you from the punishment of the grave, from the torment of the Fire, from the trials of life and death, and from the trial of the Dajjal“.
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to taught Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) a supplication which he could recite in his Salat (prayer). That dua is,
اللهم إني ظلمت نفسي ظلمًا كثيرًا، ولا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت، فاغفر لي مغفرة من عندك، وارحمني، إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم
