@saurabhnaigaonkar7918 Yes, my issue is resolved now. You can do the same thing; maybe this will help you. First, go to the Accenture login portal. Then, there is an option 'Contact Us'. Click on that. Next, there is another option for 'Job Seekers'. You can describe your issue to them, and they will help you. I did the same thing twice, and then I got a reply from them.

I don't know how correct I am but If you want to Solve this issue you have to contact someone who is working at Accenture (for removing your data) and I think this issue occurred due to multiple applications for the same role within a year by the same person(even after you've taken care of 3 month span)

Hi , when I am uploading my CV on the portal there is showing "please upload a valid CV" while the CV is already in the correct format .

Please check if you are uploading the format which is allowed (like words pdf etc) second pls check if your cv is within the size limit as per the portal

When I log in, I get a smart interview link saying “we want to proceed further” but I’m not interested in the role and want to apply for other roles. But Accenture says my resume is already in their data base so is there a way I could delete it?

Why you applied for a role for which you were not interested? now you have only 2 options try the methods I have shared in this video and see if it works for you and if you are able to apply for a different role. second go ahead with the interview and later on check with HR if you can get realign for a role you are interested in.
