숭례문 전소시킨 노인 전에도 홧김에 고궁에 방화했다가 초범이라고 집행유예로 풀려난 이후 저래 숭례문에 불 지른 겁니다 처음 방화했을 때 제대로 처벌을 받았다면 하는.. 아쉬움이 남네요😢 문화재 관리가 부실한 것도 있지만 우리나라는 초범이든 나이가 적든 많든 참작을 너무 잘해줘서 참;;

I find this so very interesting. I absolutely love history, especially history from Joseon period. This video in particular is very interesting & has so much history. I am looking forward to my trip within the next year.

@@jin.24. Thank you for asking. Resilience is 1st & foremost what I admire most. From all I’ve read & educated myself on, during the Joseon period, resilience stands out. I’ve always loved history, it is who we all are, however so many do not know, understand, or appreciate the history they have come from. Growing up, I knew my European roots through stories, pictures & family. Much of this does not exist any longer with newer generations. In reading about Korean history, regarding the dynasties, there is so much respect for ancestors, & tradition. It seems, no matter the time frame, character & respect has & still is so important. To be proud yet not boastful is a beautiful thing. Seeing how important education is & has been throughout Korea’s history, the Joseon period made this possible, most notably with King Sejong, who truly was great. I feel much can be learned from the culture, etiquette & standard of living that has been passed down from generations as so many in other countries lack what Korea has retained. I hope I have been able to answer for you, through my thoughts, in the best way possible.

@@Linda_Ann-ex9cm Thank you for your answer! I was very impressed with your consideration. History and tradition are very important to us. People develop through the succession of great legacies and reflection on mistakes. As you say, the brilliant achievements that bloomed during King Sejong's reign and Hangul made for the people are what Koreans are most grateful for to their ancestors. Seeing the golden age of Joseon that King Sejong achieved, Koreans should also try to make a world that develops.

@@jin.24. Thank you, you are so very kind. ❤️ I appreciate your words. History moves me & I appreciate it so much. When I visit in April of ‘25 I am hoping to see as much as I can during my 15 day stay. To see & experience the cherry blossoms, traveling to Gyeongju, visiting Myeong Dong Cathedral as well as a few palaces & just enjoying the tranquil beauty, without daily pressure, will make my visit complete.
