SECRET HIDDEN UNDERWORLD IN MAD CITY

**THIS IS PATCHED ALREADY**
I found this hidden passage way to an underground world in mad city!
it was right under the old jewelry store, in front of the docks.
you could crouch down and get under the map, and if you had a flying power, or jetpack you would be able to fly all around beneath the city.
unfortunately theres no way to get there now, but if i find another way ill let you guys know!!
