Charcoal lol…go to the Southern Hemi countries…and unless it is a huge party, they have gas bbq. Regarding the layouts, think about how you both are going to use your van, just one night weekends, or a week? And if u are in the early and late seasons…you may want a different layout if the weather isn’t that perfect

As the owner of a T6 conversion the last one you looked at here is a great idea for living space! However the whole pop top scenario is not ideal in cold weather or if it’s too windy to put it up, if you have a bad back being bent over is no fun at all! So lovely all the while the roof is up……..😢

Wow….just loving the end sitting area but I also really like the idea of the front seats making into a bed……that wa a great use of space. Definitely a light interior for me. Thank you for sharing - take care, lovely family.

As it is Lyndsay's van I think you should wrap the bottom on the van in pink, maybe the same colour as her top? It will be the only one. Loads of pink accents inside.

Both of my self builds so far have been red-themed. I think I used a Cherry paint as it pops.

Ours has a fix Cooker & grill, it wastes a lot of space, also a lot of modern campers have draws instead of cupboards, under sink & cooker, much better idea so you can see tins, etc instead of scrambling around in tiny cupbards

Think you should look at rib bed which gives option ro sleep on reverse of seats. I found Rock and roll lumpy to sleep on.

The buzz is a lot smaller inside, then the t6. Not a lot headroom in the buzz.

Yes this is only a 2nd car / occasional campervan. It’s the perfect size for that

There is a channel called " WILL'S WHEREABOUTS" he trials out campervans, cooks in them, and sleeps in them. He trialled out VW'S own conversion VW BUZZ. very cramped, and for 80.000, i wouldn't touch it. Better Campers for much lesser cost.

EVs are pointless as campers, There are no Chargers in the Middle of the Brecon Beacons, Dartmoor , Scottish highlands, etc… Overpriced Garbage… PERIOD. And its cheaper to by a 1960s split screen compared to a New Van its Hilariously Overpriced.😂
