That's a cake tin. You need to make lasagne in a baking ceramic or glass tray. You would also loose the cake tin coating with the type of spatula you use and lasagne is made layering altered with white and red sauce. Tip - try using a foil to cover the lasagne for the first 10min of baking ( to melt the cheese )then remove the foil and leave for another 20min to get a golden brown texture of your choice ( like you have in pubs). Enjoy!

Ya that’s true it’s a cake tray… Liya tried making lasagna in this tray it almost worked out so didn’t bother to buy a glass tray… next time we will definitely cover it with an aluminium foil. Really appreciate that you took time to comment and give an honest opinion.
