For those who ain't getting the chest, first interact with the statue and then go away from it and change the time to 14:00 after changing the time go to the center and you'll get it.

For some reason I am unable to get that :') Welp Edit- i was standing near the statue... Bt wen i went near the shadow and the circle , the chest spawned. Ugh it was soo simple !!

Damn I would have not known about the actual shadow and just the sun XD, well at first I thought maybe there is some quest that I have to do, happened alot in the past lol dont want to get stuck again then it turns out its a quest lock, so I decided to check here, its hard to tell anymore as time goes by, but thanks, how you manage to figure must have taken some time.

EDIT: found it, the chest is interacting with the big blue statue next to the waterfall and gives you the 3% missing!!! found it on another video ofc both this video and the other are liked to help :D

Upper vale gets you 97%, Mt. Laixin 95% and Lower vale is 100% in exploration rate should you only obtain all chests. only way of increasing the other two is collecting rock piles.

Fact: Wooden boxes floating in water also count towards the map percentage, you may be missing those
