Inji saaru, poondu saaru, elumicha pazham juice, apple cider vinegar all 1:1 proportion, heat on slow flame and need to stir/kindle for 3-4 hrs (took that long for for 11l) till can smell good fragrance. Transfer to silver pot. Let cool partially closed for 12 hrs. Then only mix honey same proportion. i.e., 1:1. Good to drink after food. Can take up to 2-4 cap size after meal. Seems can keep bottle for 1 yr.
