I've lived so many places in my life, and there's only been about 3 houses/apartments that I don't remember having some sort of weirdness going on. Some places were REALLY bad- like the things that would happen were on a very regular basis. I've seen things, heard things, as well as other people that were in the house. I think that there are spirits everywhere, no matter where you live. Some people are just more likely to experience these things for whatever reason. My mom would always tell me "Jennifer, I'm in my 60's and I've never had a ghost, I don't understand why these things always happen to you." She always thought there was some other explanation for the things I experienced. Oh boy, do I wish that was the case🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Luckily, where my husband and I live now, nothing has happened. I feel completely at ease here, even at night if my husband has to work late.

Men (and boys) aren't given to tendencies of 'pretend' as well as girls are. They are more tuned to 'action' activities such as sports and competitive stuff. The world of paranormal, to males, is not real. They can't see it, hear it, or fight it. Therefore, it's pretend (to them). Women are the opposite. We are more spiritual, believing, and full of imagination. There are exceptions for sure. But that's the basics.

Friends I’ve known from NY Long Island Smithtown never had issues with living next door to the Amytiville Horror House said it was fine living on Ocean Avenue four homes down from the haunting. But on Halloween most of the kids avoided the place except the older ones. It had some sort of magnetism especially Devils Night. But one year, was very scary, they had a prison escape and sheriff posted a patrol there round the clock for a month. Soon after the address was changed for some reason.

Except that's exactly what Jesus did. He casts out demons ALL THE TIME in the Bible. He told His apostles to "go forth and make disciples of all nations" 'Remember all things I have commanded you" They went out and ministered to people. Apart of ministering was exorcizing demons from people. God breathed the Holy Ghost on His disciples and gave them the authority to cast out demons. It even notes in the Bible the disciples themselves casting out demons. I'm not sure where you get your information from, but you are very wrong. It's very much a part of the life of the Church. In the Catholic Church, the casting out of demons is an actual ministry in itself. It even has its only ritual or "manual" called the "Rite of exorcism." The ministry is specifically assigned to certain priests by their local Bishop. Now, people do have the authority to cast evil in their life out (by calling on the name of Jesus..of course) but some demons need more attention and prayer that only an exorcist has the power to cast out. It says in the Bible some demons can only be casted out with prayer and fasting. I would suggest you listen to a podcast by Fr. Carlos Martin. Its call the 'exorcist files." you can find it here on youtube. He goes through all of what exorcism is, how its done, how the Church approves helping people (The bishops don't just approve any old case, they have to vet the people and the situation, some people lie.) and he actually walks you through actual cases. Its very enlightening/educational. Happy listening! :)
