Giovanni of Luigi's Pizza is a man of wisdom first and foremost. He could be making the world's greatest smart phone, car, medical device, airplane, or back scratcher. His passion and harnessing of God given skills has blessed him with the honor of carrying the torch of his father and mother to make what is the best of the best in "NYC-Italian" delicacies. The humble art of the NY style pizza is truly one of the most difficult arts to master. Thousands of pizzerias, and most are just so-so like this channel. As the saying goes, "if it was easy, everyone would be doing it," forgetabouit!!! Giovanni is making his late father and mother proud by being himself and doing what he loves and what he does best. Just listen, and take notes.
