Yes I have the machine as well. Are use the 4.1 I’m trying to get the 5.0 stroke. I run mine between 66 and 64 Hz with a slower hand speed. It does shade a lot smoother I find with the outlining that’s perfect but with color packing, I do a little bit more about 70-74 hz and for the really smooth, smooth marble looking gray, you put less needle to the skin causes less trauma, not as red and it is really smooth. That way you do need to go over a little bit more but it works great but I agree with you. This is a great machine.

Bought a Dragonhawk fold pro, just for fun. But last 2 weeks I only used this me machine, it is a fourth of the prise of all these sponsored machines. By the way for me the Bishop Wands are the best on the market. The prices of the new machines are out of this world. I never believed that I would said this, but the Chinese machines are getting better and better. Your video is very informative again, but too bad your not only explaining new techniques. I get the feeling of a tell sell video. I really love you work and video’s but for me this is getting to commercial. Good luck🤙🏻

I have a ink claw tattoo gun challenger rotary gun it’s 3.5 stroke goes I usually shade at 5.5 volts should I be going higher than that? On fake skin I roughly do 6.5 volts what should I do. So basically 3.5 tattoo gun is light?

What voltage do you use the 3.7 cam for shading and lining & packing solid black… Also I’m in the US so which batteries could I get to have backup ones out here ? Couldn’t find the ones that come with the Acus ? And which grip out of the 3 do you prefer? Would you say the 3.7 is the all rounder cam? Or 4.1?

It’s a lot more versatile dude! Don’t knock it until you try it! Unbelievable machine and the guys that make the Acus machine are the lead designers/ engineers of all Cheyenne pen machines! They left and created their own company (machine) very well versed in making great machines!

@@OLIVERAYRE that’s cool I have a Cheyenne hawk thunder I still think bishop is hard to beat it’s a reason why they don’t use different strokes on one machine more things that can give you problems he talked about that on a video. But if you like it try it out for now and see if last.

Good quality things take time. It takes David Vega 8+ hours sometimes to do a portrait. You gotta work with soft smooth layers. Just reassure the client that you’re giving them the best outcome possible and that the best outcome takes time and patience.

Love the review.. just a thought though.. if you were using the Acus & werent 100% confident you were getting the best, for your style, from it.. so you used the Packer, then switched back to the Acus to try tonreplicate what the Packer felt like.. why not just go back to using the packer.. which always feels like the packer.. sorry, its just how my mind hears things.. im one a tgem that asks questions.. i guess if you got it for free, then crack on.. obv youve gotta promote the machine. . 😂👍 i do believe the Acus is a game changer in the industry as it enables complete cleaning plus 1 machine offers multiple interchangeable stroke cams and soft/hatd settings that dont require a goofy app. Im on the verge of pressing ORDER.. keep thinking do i hold out for the M2 which cant ve far away surely

That’s the problem when you have tech geeks that are not artists themselves building a tattoo machine. Bishop was build by an artist that is why you went back because something was missing and then trying to emulate the OG tool.

I made the same switch of machines and the acus shines in some bits that the bishops dont. It's more versatile and I do believe it's better on the skin overall no matter what skin type it is. But its all personal preference in the end.
