there's definitely several vendors in the abandoned district and wishing woods. Wishing woods even has a timis makeup shop so you can get some free makeup options :>

@indidere yess! I only just unlocked the abandoned district so once I've got further I'll be doing a video for those vendors too

There are some vendors in the wishing woods, including a makeup vendor. Basically I just talk to any npc that has a name displayed above their head.
