Hello I'm psychologist, and welcome to your survival model.
Previously we've made videos on the reasons for an extramarital affair and Anne signs of an extra marital affair.
Making this video was much tougher than any other video, the solutions to extramarital affair, because the solutions are not easy, there are no books that talk about it.
To find the answers I got in touch with the many people I have worked with for the past many years, who have solved the problem of external affairs in their marriage. The summary of those interviews is discussed in this video.
1. Fortify your fort
in earlier times when a Kingdom was under attack, the King would call most of his people inside the Castle or Fort, and increase the protection and security of the Fort, especially the weaker sections of the fort.
Similarly take some time and think about it, what are the weaker sections of your marriage.
What would be the reason that your partner is looking for happiness elsewhere?
Find those reasons analyze them investigate them discuss them and eradicate them.
You won't be able to solve the problem of extramarital affair by crying, wailing, screaming, yelling ,insulting, threatening, blaming or violently abusing the other person.
These reactions are going to lead your partner to feel justified, that he or she went out looking for love.

I now recall that when I was shooting this video I was due for a surgery; I was scared and apprehensive. My husband asked me why are you talking as if you are crying. We re-shot this video. I told myself- " *_What ever is the worst I can tolerate and overcome it_* ", then there was an instant gush of energy and the result is before you. Thanks everyone for your invaluable support.

I am an NRI. For last 7 years I m away from my family but can come on vacation every year but on this time I come to my family after 2 years. But 7 month before my wife confessed me having extra marital relation with the person who stand beside her and before they were as a friend but just because of hard situation of covid this happened. But before she confessed she always pretend to be a loyal partner. Now she reveal that she dont love me or she never felt any affection from me what she find form this new guy. And she is in deep love with him and doesn't want to stay with me. I m trying to get back my family. My daughter is 13 and my son is 10 wanted to stay with me. My daughter can understand all and she loves her mother but cannot stay without me or go with her mother to the new man. Dear friend, your pain is real and unbearable if you think of it. To advice you without knowing you personally would be inappropriate. But let me still give you some generic suggestions here . 1. One it's your house too. NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU LEAVE YOUR HOUSE. Next time he says leave the house. Tell him it's your legal right to be in the house, if he disagrees you are willing to fight it legally. 2. You are more than just a wife! There is so much more to your identity than being a wife, mom or daughter. Focus on other areas of your life. Focus on upgrading yourself to be proud of your self. Celebrate as much as possible , do it without asking him to be involved. Watch comedy, do a facial, get a massage, go out to eat, go for an all girl's night out, or a vacation, or start drawing and painting. Just can that 🔥flame in you. 3. When you don't need him to be happy, and yet lead a really happy life even without him, he will be attracted you like a fly to sweets. Remember that happiness is the most attractive thing in the world. 4. Any amount of sexting, flirting, sex, is bound to get repetative and boring after sometime. Have patience . Hang in there.
