Sir the two most important things you said in this video are... 1).be calm during mock/exam 2).believe in yourself... I applied stillness in tier 2 maths mock and got wonderful result...initially our mind says that we are slow,but actually when we slow our mind ,our mind becomes fast actually! When you practice stillness your marks will surely improve!try it!trust it!

Thanks a ton sir. Just after watching this video, sat willfully and followed the exact same approach. Solved around 70 in 70 mins... remaining in round 2. I was left with 10 mins and I couldn't solve any further. My mock score shot up from 150's to 169 today. Will religiously follow the approach

Sir, ap jaise dimag ko shant rakhte ho and jaise politely calculated baat bolte ho, shayad teaching ko chor ke baki aspects mai bhi ab aisa hi calm and composed ho, and apko dekhke lagta hai ap overthink kam karte ho and decision making apka strong hai, ye sab cheeze xm keliye kitna imp hai pta nhi but as a normal person ye sab sikhna boht jaruri hai and isko dhire dhire develope karna jaruri hai. jaise mai boht imp task mai and pressure ke andar calmness kho deta hu , and decision making utna firm nhi ho pta, dusro se puchna padhta hai, and sabse jayda dikkat hota hai calmness rakhne mai,jo kabhi kabhi mocktest hi nhi baaki cheezo kobhi affect karta hai. apke abhari rahunga agar ek video banake thoda sa guide kar dete toh, boht help ho jata sir!! 🙏🙏
