Hi my dear, I coloured the coffee filter with food Colors and some time acrylic Colors,to give a faded look after colouring every batch I keep adding water to the color to get a lighter shades . I air dried all my coffee filters,if you are in hurry then after colouring just put your coloured Coffee filter in thick pillow cover and tie it tightly and put in your cloth dryer and dry it completely and then these are ready to use. Second method is you can also dry in oven but keep any eye on it.I hope it was helpful. This is coffee filter paper..I coloured these to get the desired colour for my paper flowers..I used acrylic as well food Colors for colouring coffee filters.
