Roasted zucchini with vegetables is great also. We had that for dinner tonight. I used peppers, onions, and beets. It was so good, oh I also added polish sausage the last half hour.

Take a large zucchini cut the end off, scoop out the insides then stuff it full of sausage and mozzarella cheese (I prefer Cajun or Italian) bake it til the sausage is done . Cut in 21/2 in chunks serve with 😂a salad!

I didn’t think watermelons were good to climb a trellis because the fruit will be to heavy to hang from it. Melons normally vine along the ground.

You can get some knee high nylons and put the water melon in one and tie it to the cattle panel. The water melon get heavy.

Good morning... Zucchini use instead of pasta. Cut into bite size or Spiral for spaghetti. Very, very good & cut carbs. I also freeze ❤ Have a great day 😂

Freeze your zucchini. Shred and put in zip lock baggies. Don't squeeze liquid until going to use. Muffins all winter. Try chocolate or coconut in some
