I can build mini Zoho around couple of concepts. I'm a developer. Already thinking about this every single day. I have a lack of couple things though. Money and guidance would you be interested or anyone else?

Great video! I really liked the new format (short call outs to your background and CTA for new subscribers). Nice job!

Trouble is you have to PAY for that SaaS white label program to resell.

Hi Rob, I have developed a reservation system for different sports (tennis, squash etc.) We developed the system together with an existing venue (field tested). Do you have any inputs on how to scale from here on?

Congrats on getting customer number one! I would get a great testimonial/case study from that client and then start cold outreaching to other similar businesses to see if they have similar problems. I’d recommend watching this video on getting your first 100 customers: kzbin.info/www/bejne/h6fMdaqpgrGLmJI

I’m planning on launching my saas in a few weeks, its a simple data tool but solves a problem that most of these tools I’ve tried don’t solve very well. The websites that I saw do this get between 10k to 40k page visits a month. I found one tool that worked well but still not good enough.

Hi Rob, how much was your net negative churn for those 8 or 9 moths at Drip? trying to get a comparison but few are in this situation, thnx
@MicroConf Жыл бұрын
I’ll answer generally: I don’t believe I’ve seen net negative churn above 4-ish%. 4% NNC is pretty amazing. Even getting to 1% or 2% is pretty great.

I mean aren't you really being overly technical and splitting hairs between ACV growth and the methods to increase it? Saying you can't do a expansion revenue in a business, to me just reads like you didn't want to "expand" but more or less stretch what's already there. which is likely why it failed? some markets resist being mostly artificially constrained into pricing models that don't have a direct hard cost metric. That is price resistance is too great for the force of the pain. Things like value added services via done for you services, partnerships, higher ticket market segmentation... now if the point is to tie it directly to your pricing model/product line with the sole purpose of increasing the businesses' value - It definitely can be very difficult but I wouldn't say its not possible. I suppose it depends on the overall purpose and goals of the business. Now I am very curious to what you tried in that SEO business and why you thin it didn't work? You seem like you'd be that kinda guy have some concrete data that supports or refutes a claim in order to completely dismiss it for a model. Maybe it was the customer segments you targeted or your samples (your specific customer-base? why couldn't you get it to work at scale? how did you come up with what to try? sorry for all the questions, I just find this stuff fascinating.
