Other than the older Super Broly movie units like God Goku and Vegeta the only more recent unit i can see getting a zenkai is Path to power Roshi. He was the worst unit of 2023 and has been featured in a number of banners recently so a lot of players might have him at 7 stars by now. Zenkais have happened sooner in the past and if anyone needs a zenkai it is Roshi.
