That really was a fantastic playoff weekend. That weekend, to me, is something that helped push the NFL into being the #1 pro sports league in America. I think that a lot of the parity that was present in the NFL during the late 90's and early 00's helped with this too- it seemed as if your team always had a shot.

As a Packer fan, I hate you for reopening this wound. As a football fan, it's a fantastic video as always. I just wish you had mentioned what Rush Limbaugh had said about McNabb, though. It illustrates how it wasn't that long ago that people were still doubting that Black players could be quarterbacks. Before McNabb there weren't a lot, and iirc we seldom if ever had 2 Black qb's playing in the same season by this time. I'm not even sure if there had been a game with 2 qb's playing against each other yet by the time of this video. Eventually, of course, that changed and the NFL is all the better for it. It's just wild that it was a relatively recent development (then again I'm old so 20 years is fairly recent to me)

I watch this game live and I'll never forget everybody's saying oh he got about 25 and a 1/2, but if you look at it, he got about 27 and a 1/2 yards, they actually spotted him short, but he definitely got the first down and my buddy is a packer's fan. And we've been friends for about 15 or 1617 years now. And he has not let one single-season go by without reminding me. Hey you know he was a half yard short right and I say to him this isn't the super bowl with the titans and the rams he definitely made that first down

I never thought a Favre loss would gut me more than this one...four years later I was proved wrong.

Imagine how much different the 2000’s would’ve looked if McNabb had a better receiver core. Jackson and Maclin came in his final years in Philly but the one year with TO was the best of his career

I'd love to see you guys step back and do a deep dive video I love your Minnesota Vikings Dave Steib or Seattle Mariners videos. While most all of your videos are great, They're a far cry from the epic videos you're capable of producing.

4th and 26 is my favorite Eagles play from my teen years. An unlikely play from an unlikely player (what an awful wide receiver room. Cinderblocks for hands)

Donovan gets a lot of heat for his late career trail off and switching teams. But the reality is he saved our franchise. We were awful in the mid to late 90s. And I mean AWFUL. If it weren’t for Andy and Mcnabb, our team would likely have been a perennial loser and maybe even Lurie would have considered selling the team. That’s how bad it was. Just put that in perspective. One man changed an entire course of Eagles history. He wasn’t the best, but he was what the Dr. ordered.

Yes from the moment we drafted Mcnabb the Eagles have been one the most successful franchises in the NFL and still are today.

Can yall do the Panthers vs. Patriots super bowl? That whole game (including the halftime show) was a great game.

McNabb never got enough credit for carrying his teams to such great records with bottom of the barrel WRs. Westbrook was his only good weapon for most of those years. This was such a fantastic choice for a rewind.

This definitely didn't need a rewind😂 I'd rather forget it anyways lol

Say what you will about him since he was traded away from the Eagles, but I think that some lose sight of just how good McNabb was. During the first few years of his career, he was carrying teams to conference championship games with very little help at the skill positions.

One thing not mentioned is that Thrash, pinkston, and Mitchell were among the better WR that the eagles rolled out during the Mcnabb era
