What I mean is, prolly 70% of people have some sort of depression that manifests itself in different ways. Morning depression is super-common. I yoosta have full-blown NASTY depression for 31 years. The type where you're paralyzed in bed, awake. The remedy, if you don't have a strong spiritual faith, is STAY BUSY! So you have that part right. Daily goals and friends. And if you ever doubt your place in the world, DON'T. Spreading joy to the world like you are doing is a huge service to humanity. The world loves you, Ross (and the rest of you). My God, what a great group.
