Sis, pls Split your meals and have some (less carbo) foods for every 2 hrs. We used to have full stomach meals. When we reduce we ll get headache. No restrictions for fruits or raw veggies. You can take as much you want till you feel full stomach. Sugar and junk ilama pudichadu in-between sethukonga pa. Stress reduce agum

Eat normally for three times. Reduce rice items or replace rice with millets or quinoa. Every body is different so do not stress your body just bcz people are doing intermittent Fasting. Avoid sugar and deep fry. Just eat healthy and do 40 mins walk daily. You will not loose weight immediately but slowly you will see change if you're consistent. If you eat healthy automatically your stress level will come down

Oats are limited as to its variety of vitamins and nutrients it has in it to have it three times a day only and to eat nothing else. (It has no vitamin A nor vitamin C!) Not recommended, have only one time in a day 😢

Pls do some light workout or walking 10k steps.. Gyno told me tat no relation between belly n periods.. Periods vantha motha bellyum pogathu.. Mild aa vena pogum.. Bt workout is a only way to reduce it..
