*SUMMARY OF THE ENTIRE LECTURE* 🔶️Narrated by Abu Hurrairah the Prophet SAWS said: "Listen clearly Muslims! The angles have shifts over you" the angles stay with you for the night, then go up.. and another shift of angles comes down. The shift swap happnes at the time of Fajr and Asr. According to the hadith: both the shifts of angles are present with you at the time of asr and fajr. It is for this reason why the "Quran of Fajr is witnessed" (Verse:17:78) it is witnessed by the angles TWICE at fajr, by the double party of shifting angles, hence the deed is written TWICE. 🔶️When one shift goes up to the Arsh of Allah... Allah asks the angles: " how did you leave my servant?" And the angles will say: "we came to them they were praying..and when we left them, they were praying". Hence, emphasizing the importance of Fajr and Asr collectively. 🔶️The thing to note here is, our performance is reported to Allah TWICE on a daily basis. When our boss requires a report from us, we hasten to make adjustments. Be aware, that the Dhul-Asrsh al Majid (owner of the majestic throne) requires a performance report of your deeds TWICE daily. One comes for you at Asr, and the other at fajr, what adjustments have you made to secure that? 🔶️ *The secret of these two prayers is:* if you pray these two prayers well, meeting the proper "haq" of the prayer, then whatever is in between it, Allah will forgive. Quran: "And pray at the two ends of the day and at the arrival of the night. The good deeds will delete the bad" 🔶️It is for this reason that we have the Adhkar of morning and evening at the time of fajr and asr. This is the time when you sit and do your 100 istighfar, SubhanAllah etc. So that our morning report can be nice and solid starting with Salah in jamaah, Adhkar, istighfar, then recitation of the quran. And then as the day ends with Asr, we have a similar record to show to Allah..in hopes that Allah deletes our daily record of sins as is said in the Quran. 🔶️ *Daily report presentation of deeds:* Fajr+Asr. *Weekly report presentation of deeds:* Monday + Thursday. The Prophet SAWS told us for this reason, to fast on Mondays and Thursdays by saying : "I want my record to go up whilst i am fasting". Fasting is an extremely powerful presser of that "delete button" that can completely "clear our history" with Allah. *Yearly report presentation of deeds:* in the month of Shaaban. That is why, the Prophet would fast extensively in the month of Shaaban..and right after the month of Shaaban we have Ramadan.. in which we fast the whole month, so that our crisp and clean recorded report can be started off with fasting once again. 🔶️In a Hadith the Prophet SAWS said: "who ever fasts 1 day for the sake of Allah, he will be removed a distance of 70 years from Jahanum." Every day of Ramadan is a way for us to get our sins forgiven and move a distance of 70 years away from jahanum. Every night we stand up to pray Qiyam, is an opportunity to have our sins forgiven. If we even miss that..we still have Layl a tul Qadr for us to get our sins erased. Allah presents us oppprtunity on top of opportunity to forgive us. We have an extremely generous Lord whose infinite mercy, indeed overcomes His wrath. SubhanAllah.

Waalakum Assalam@@vaheedasheik4424 the days that are good for fasting are obviously the sunnah days which the Prophet SAWS used to fast on as well. He used to fast on mondays + thursdays WEEKLY. He used to fast on the 13th,14th and 15th of each month, also known as Ayam al beedh (the 3 white days) and then you have others fasts specific to the month. Like the 6 fasts of shawaal..the fasts of zil hajj...fasts of Muharram..numerous fasts in shaaban etc etc. As far as tahajjud is concerned...to the best of my knowledge...any Nafal Salah that you pray after Isha is called tahajjud. You can pray it early, right after you complete your isha prayers...or you can pray it late into the night. The "sunnah" of tahajjud is to wake up and pray Salah AFTER you have slept so that you make the effort to leave your bed (which is dearest to Allah). But sleeping is not a necessary prerequisite to pray tahajjud. Also, the best time to pray tahajjjd (even though tahajjud can be prayed anytime after isha) is in the last 1/3 of the night. To know which part is the last 1/3rd of the night..note the time of isha and note the time of fajr. Calculate the hours between these two prayers and divide it by 3. The answer you get is the time before fajr that is known as the LAST 1/3rd of the night. The part of the night which the Hadith mentions about Allah calling out to His servants if there is anyone who wants anything let him ask from me (paraphrased).

Salam Walaikum, also can someone tell me how many rakats nafl do you pray for/ the tahujjud prayer before fajr time - and whats the procedure for the dua is it after every nafl rakah you make the dua?? (As that is the time dua's get accepted an hour before fajr time!) As I usually pray the tahujjud straight after Eisha time - but is this the same tahujjud that can be prayed during before fajr time??

You can pray tahhajud all night till Fajr prayer. But from sunnah its that the most valuable period of time to pray tahhajud is the last third part of the night. You can pray how many rakkats as you want, and also from the sunnah its to finish with Vitr Salah. You can make any dua you want, if you dont know in arabic one specific dua make it in your languange.

Sadaf Ahmed, in addition to what Albion Arifi stated, you may also pray tahajjud all the way up until a minute before Fajr and this time is also included in the LAST third of the night. The dua which you speak about is the Qunut which is usually said after the coming up from ruk'u in the Witr salat. Remember, Witr is an odd number (and the qunut is said in the last rakah - if you are doing more than 1 such as 3 or 5). I hope this helps and may Allah subhana wa ta'A'la continuously keep your foothold strong in Islam til Yaumal Qiyamah, Amin!

How does what work? The angels' job is to report back to ALLAH the condition of the servant as they found them. If they find you sleeping come fajr time, then they'll report this state of yours to ALLAH. Both these prayers have special status in the eyes of ALLAH and that's why both are encouraged by the Prophet SAWW to never be abandoned.

@@sundes2807 27th night is NOT Laylatul Qadr. It's a misconception the South Asian Muslims have come up with. Please don't believe in this. A lot of things us South Asian children grew up seeing our elders do are actually nothing much to do with Islam, as I am finding out as an adult. Allah has kept the night of Laylatul Qadr hidden. ALL days and nights of Ramadan is important, and the last 10 are a bit more special because in those last 10 ones, there is a night amongst the ODD number of nights that's Laylatul Qadr. It could be 21, 23, 25, 27, or 29. NOBODY KNOWS WHICH ONE. I don't even know how people came up with "27 is the Laylatul Qadr night", when Allah SWT Himself declared it is a secret! The "signs" were present on the night of 23rd as well. It was not a hot or cold day, the evening was pleasant etc. In fact, the whole month of May and even now that it's June, it's like that where I am. Very mild. It's supposed to be summer now, but it's chilly.

The hadith you mentioned a person kissing a non mahram. Isn't like exactly the one you spoke now, the verses revealed were " Prayer deletes the sins you commited between this prayer and last prayer" and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, when person said him about the sin he committed and how much he regretted, Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, your prayer will delete all your sins committed between two Salah . Surah 87 last couple of verses of AL-A'laaa 18-19. 1. how can God/Allah created this entire universe, the earth is currently spinning well over 1100 miles an hour! Without any strings attached? NONE! Yet christians claim, that God Who has the ability to create the entire universe, "COULD NOT" find a place in an INN! to recreate himself, or this Son of his, so he recreated (reset button?) himself in a MANGER! in a manger!!!! in a manger!!!! 2. If your not smelling the "HORSE MANURE" in Pauls story!!! I am not sure if I want to feel sorry for you! 3. Adam was the first HUMAN ever to be created. Why didn't God say this is my first born son? 4. Father Abraham is the father of all people, his own father threw him in a massive fire pit! Why didn't God sacrifice him for all of mankind???????????? 5. How about IshmiL, God could have allowed Abraham to sacrifice his son! BUT GOD DID NOT!!!! instead ALLAH sent a beatiful RAM to be sacrificed instead of a child (this alone proves GOD does NOT sacrifice children!!!! 6. All of the Israelites (as devious as could be) they and Moses had their backs against the Red Sea! God could have sacrificed them! BUT ALLAH DID NOT! 7. Joseph in the well, God could have sacrificed him, BUT ALLAH DID NOT! 8. Most christians, Catholics, and Jews, want someone else to die on their behalf! 9. Icing ion cake = the term Jesus is actually derived from JAYSOOOS! the term Jaysoos really meas = Rat, dime dropper, spy, evil man taking evil money to rat on people for political gain! 10. Jaysoos was punished and made to look like (JESUS, abbreviated from JASOOS) was crucified to show the jews and anyone else that you DON'T mess with ALLAH or his messengers!!! 11. this is why JAYSOOS CRIED OUT on the cross ILLAHEE meaning my GOD! 12. if that was a son of someone they would have cried BABA HELP ME!!! 13. GODS NAME in the old testament= Elohim, christianity =ILLAHEE, Muslims= ALLAH 14. GOD has the Same name CULTURALLY pronounced different 15. اِنَّ هٰذَا لَفِى الصُّحُفِ الۡاُوۡلٰىۙ‏  صُحُفِ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَمُوۡسٰى‏  16. Sadoqa Allah Al-azeez Alhakeeem
