Bro this video is an absolute hidden gem, I'm so glad this was recommended to me as it gives me a whole new view of the game when I played it as a kid. I had no idea about the cheat menu and being able just to take no damage from the gas by equipping the o2 mask. I'll have to play through this game again now knowing everything in this video. A tip, it's easier to listen to Drek's fight music this way: When you become a giant Clank, simply go to the bridge and defeat Drek with the missiles without leaving the bridge, once Drek makes Clank small the music It will remain even if you leave.

Thanks for the video vingamer. I'd like to share with you my opinion; The video is a little too long and nearly deterred me from watching it but after the first detail I was happy with how 'straight to the point' you were with the editing showing every bit of information the viewers needed without all the BS that normally comes with a YT upload. It would be great if you re-visited this, along with the other R&C games, but I believe that if you divided the videos into say 20min parts more people will check it out as it doesn't look long winded at first glance. Also, upon reading the detail of the Easter eggs whilst watching, i found that it dissapears a bit too quickly and had to rewind several times to finish reading them which I didn't really mind but an extra 5 seconds and it would have been perfect in my opinion. Thanks again! It brought back some fond memories of this truly amazing franchise.

I don't think the scientists scream was a reference to crash Bandicoot. The scream in Question is known as the Howie scream, the second most well known scream just behind the Wilhelm

You're totally right, none of the sound effects are really references to anything - except in this case the Howie Scream. It's really me not getting the wording right, it's more of a factoid or tidbit, did you know sort of thing. The major information that I was really able to gleam from this is the same persons/company was in charge of the sounds in Crash Bandicoot and Ratchet & Clank, being Michael Gollom and Ron Horwitz of Universal.

Bit late for this but Galactron is the name used for Gadgetron in Japanese versions of the game. I had the PAL version and I can confirm Kalebo III has Gadgetron banners

Oh alright, cool. I'll see if I can play through the JP version and get some footage of it. Also, do you have the original PAL release of R&C1 or the Platinum release? (For those in America, it's basically the equivalent to Greatest Hits, different box art and all. Both came out a year later in 2003 after reaching a sales milestone.) I took this information from the page for Kalebo III on the Ratchet & Clank Wikia site, and it only mentions Platinum. (info could be wrong)
