Just an FYI Your sail date must be within 15 days of the current date before it is available for registration in Safe Passage. So you can’t register or order your tests too soon.

@@KrazyLoveless From what I saw (someone posted a vid of their ordering it), each of the four drinks isn't a cocktail, but a rare liquor or wine (difficult to produce, or only a few left in the world, etc.). So these are things that would cost you several hundred or a thousand dollars each anyway, off the ship. I've no idea how much a backstage tour of Skywalker Ranch costs (or if it's even available to the public in any other way), so determining the value of the experience definitely lies in "do you enjoy rare liquors" and "do you enjoy elite access to restricted, private areas".

i got back from a disney cruise yesterday, but i was on the disney dream, but that's still pretty good considering it is about the same size as the disney fantasy. i also learned quite a lot about the disney cruise line on that cruise

I am so sick and tired of having to make reservations to do anything Disney related. I made a reservation to be ON THE SHIP. I shouldn’t then have to go making reservations to go to places on the ship I already reserved a spot on! Also, who was the one that decided to make what they knew would be such a popular space so SMALL!? I just don’t get it. It’s an amazing ship and I love DCL but my fear is the cruise line is going the same direction as the parks, and I actively avoid the parks now as they’re just not worth the hassle anymore and it genuinely pains me to say that 🤦🏼‍♀️

I agree! Such a large ship and yet they didn’t think ahead to make a larger space for a popular themed lounge??? I feel like at this point they do it on purpose to make people feel like it is exciting bc it’s almost exclusive.

To put things in perspective it's kinda a nessisary evil. In the parks if they didn't have the option to make reservations then you would likely spend most of your trip standing in lines for a restaurant you may or may not get into. In regards to the cruise ship they have better control over the guest population and when you buy a ticket that should come with automatic reservations at accommodate anyone on the ship that wants them. Let people make reservations right away at the time of ticket purchase since some people might not want to spend the extra money on paid restaurants they can better control it. With that said they definitely dropped the ball on themed experiences on the ship. The Star Wars bar should have been much larger.

They need to put a REASONABLE cap on the number of people allowed in everyday but they’ll literally never do it. Imagine walking down Main Street and being able to extend both of your arms at your side without hitting 18 people in the face lol. Never gonna happen, unfortunately. All good though, it is how it is 🥰

I think lots and lots people who want to go on the new Disney Wish will be tested negative for COVID-19 and only one two three will be tested positive, because COVID-19 is endemic now. As I've heard, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disneyland is going to open up again and start giving princess makeovers to little girls again on the 25th day of August and the new Disney Wish is going to start sailing this Friday.

Because being vaccinated doesn't keep you from getting or carrying the disease. It just helps with making sure you don't get really sick. In December my family got Covid. Me, my mom, and my dad are vaccinated and only had mild symptoms and were fine in a week. My brother is not vaccinated and he ended up in the hospital (on Christmas) and he still has breathing problems.
