Fue un verdadero placer poder entrenar y aplicar los conceptos. Como se dice en el vídeo se coge lo que sirve y lo que no, se desecha. Yo a mi opinión Vicente es uno de los mejores Eskrimadores con los que he estado. Esa potencia generada con mínimo movimiento y trabajar distancia corta. Yo personalmente salí muy contento. Gracias

puede ser curioso practicar ciertos ejercicios, para potenciar la rama habitual de cada uno, si que veo errores y cosas, "poco eficaces", pero sobre todo me ha gustado la parte de la escrima, lo de las estocadas y cambios de peso, junto con "pak saos", muy interesante.

llevo entrenando sistemas filipinos de palo cuchillo machete hasta de latigo mas de 20 años y desgraciadamente estos ejercicios valen un poco para cojer cordinacion con el palo pero la realidad es otra como te enfrentes a alguien que sepa moverse y pegar fuerte no funciona
