My spinal health has always been an issue for me because I have scoliosis. After doing Secrets of Natural Walking regularly, my spinal health has been improving significantly. At the same time, coupled with a healthy diet, my LDL was also brought down by up to 50 points.

That’s an inspirational story, Laura, thank you for sharing! I really didn’t think there was much we could do for such a serious physical situation. It is a relief to hear that natural walking can allow our body to repair itself like that!

I have very bad fibromyalgia and in severe back pain. After one 45 minute Secrets of Natural Walking session my pain vanished! I do this every day to keep the pain levels down.

​ Following up to Simply Love & @Natural Way of Living Happy to share the goodies with everyone. I often joke (and no joke actually) Secrets of Natural Walking is Acupuncture without the Needles, Reflexology in Movement, and Walking Meditation, All in One! Quite remarkable. With on-going practice, I seem to still be discovering more unexpected benefits. Never ceases to amaze me. Happy Natural Walking, Happy Heart :)

What would you recommend for a good diet? I also have very high cholesterol but wanna do one meal a day

Hi :) I'm not one who would opt for eating 1 meal per day :) I LOVE Food too much :) :) I feel eating sensibly is key. High quality and sensible Quantity. It's important not to overeat but not to starve on so-called slim diet either. It helps that I have opened my heart and would follow Heart Guidance on what to eat and what to avoid. Basic rule of thumb, avoid High Saturated Fat foods. I still eat whole eggs occasionally, and if I want to eat more eggs, I'll skip some yolks on some days. I follow Master Irman's teaching. One of the Alumni under Master Irman's guidance has published a Food blog. I followed those tips and would recommend you check out the blog :) foodiegurublog.wordpress.com/ One important note, I don't eat Meat in general, no red meat or poultry. But I do eat seafood and LOTS of veggies & fruits. For seafood definitely Fish better than shell fish as shell fish is not great for Cholesterol. Because I grew up in Asia, I prefer Steamed Fish, and it's the best way to cook it as low in cooking oil and not so much seasoning. When it comes to veggies, I would eat a lot of Green Leaf ones. Again I prefer Steam veggies to frying. Fruits, I would recommend papaya and Berries. I would reduce eating high carb ones to avoid high sugar content. Cooking method also is important. Not to use too much oil, I use water to cook mostly. I was blessed with High good Cholesterol (HDL) I find SONW especially amazing because while it lowered my bad LDL and triglyceride, it Maintained my high HDL. I also happened to like to consume foods that helps with HDL. Legumes, seeds and nuts, etc. Didn't plan on a diet, it's just the way I grew up with eating when I was in Asia.
