Well I can't help... We broke up again after many months .. he changed .. but but still there was... Some issue.. actually those issues were small .. but i have changed a lot.. and i didn't want to waste my time on completely materialistic person... On top of that he used to make fun of my spiritual inclination ... I am just 27 .. i realised .. very late why i am still sticking to him.. from 5 yrs.. that to .. i have to ..behave so fake.. and materialistic like him.. he is good in his own way...but very different path

This is really a good video. I also want to ask what about the situations where somebody did not stay by the wish but cases where divorce settlements dont happen, or somebody threatens their partner with suicides or physical threats. In that case , suppressing all the trauma given by this genuinely toxic and forced situation, one should not express through talking about their ex partner? What if the ex has done some severe mistake which might be forgivable but hard to forget, and it is not bitching but expressing the bottled up anger or trauma. (I am not talking abt stupid small fights but severe mistakes here) I hope you provide some context to the listeners because in a sense it seems like "victim blaming/suppressing(we cannot say this if a man or a woman is domestically abused by their ex" that it is always our fault and even expressing the real emotions is sinful. so this sin in heart but sweetness in speech is meaningful?
