Before prayer: Subbhanallah 10x La illaha illallah x10 Alhamdulillah 10x Allahu Akhbar 10x Astaghfirullah 10x Ayatul Kursi Do it out loud so others can also be in state of zikr before prayer It allows to prepare before standing before Allah and to drain? (I guess from worldly matters)
