I always pick up crossbow bolts when I loot. If I have 15 bolts and find a crossbow- I get the bow and buy the tool. It’s super fun

Gotta say I love this. Sometimes have a bug where the first exploding round doesn't explode, and bolts are just generally harder to find than awm or amr rounds, but other than that it's so fun

This weapon works almost exactly like a weapon I'm so good at with in another game (tf2-quickie bomb launcher) that I usually drop at shelter, get the money and go to the upper shop near shelter just to get the explosive attachment for the crossbow. Speedrunning to get this thing.

I love it. I always use it if the opportunity comes up. Had squad wipes. Fun fun fun. Had a game where I had 30 bolts raining down explosions in the end circles. Everyone was terrified

It's worth noting that you can still one shot a lvl 3 helmet with the basic bolts by removing the attachment.

I just won a match with the M16 full auto, and exploding crossbow bolts. Bushka is the man for putting these videos out, I would have never experienced how fun the crossbow actually is without seeing this video. 🤣

The Crossbow is absolutely OP, but daily training is necessary, you really have to get used to it. I've been playing the Crossbow since the new attachment came out, constantly without exception, every day, every match... and I'm working on using the Crossbow as my main weapon, it's working relatively well. I get new kills every day that show me that the Crossbow is not to be underestimated. Even in close combat!

I see they've fixed the flaming bolt selector for you. That's good. I understand the training ground numbers now - they've massively nerfed the bolt damage when it's got the gunpowder (does 2/3 of the regular number to body, only about 1.2x to headshot ) so it's only 69 to a chest, and that's modified by the armour. Then you get the +55 on top. It's an odd way of doing it but prevents the bolt being quite as OP as it was. It's actually slightly less powerful than the flaming bolt in terms of a player who's hit but if they're reviving a friend the knock is going down too.
