According to Sebi you need to eat Bromide iodine and phosphorus foods to keep your body electric at a cellular level and drink 2 litre of spring water a day I did this for 4 years but lost too much weight because I am small but always had energy 😂coconut oil is not alkaline it changed chemistry under heat only Avo and grape seed oil does not change under heat avoid olive oil too for cooking

He mentioned a food that everyone says is good for you, it’s not it’s acid forming and from what he said they are laboratory made. I do not eat the food beginning with the letter “g” and the letter “o” because it’s fire and it causes inflammation and is acid forming, for the most part I eat alkaline foods when I can.
