Your channel is an underrated goldmine, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! (Btw, maybe the audio issue is not due to your microphone but the room? I'm not an expert but it looks pretty small with flat surfaces, so it may amplify the ambient reverb of your voices. Maybe do some audio tests after covering some walls with rugs or blankets? That's what did the trick for me)

No, that's not the issue, in fact those mics are meant to be used in any environment no matter the acoustics; the audio from the mics wasn't put into the video, it's clear that the audio we hear is still from the camera. I hope this helps! @@conceptual_ink At least we can still understand you, it's not that bad--the information is there, and that's what matters. You'll get it next time : )

Im not sure if the microphone is capturing the audio, but it sounds like your camera's doing it? :/ run a few tests first, i guess. but great content

I don't think the microphones are being picked up in the right channels of your recording software. I would disable screen audio channels, webcams and other hidden microphones.
