I really think that healing is possible only through expansion. Actually, we are not sick, but contracted, de-pressed. If you expand you automatically begin to heal and forgiveness is a product of understanding yourself and life more, just like Teal says.

I used the free version of forgiveness (the phase meditation) to no success. After one month of test, I've concluded that the Silva Method or its related method doesn't work at all.
