Dough
1.5 Cups of All Purpose Flour (reserve a half cup)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 heaping tsp Instant Yeast
1 tbs Olive Oil
2 tsp honey or sugar
4-5 ounces lukewarm water
Sauce
14.5 ounce can of tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp black pepper
dash of red chili flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
