In India where 100s of Millions are doing this by hand. It has changed their lives. Given them futures. After cutting down all our trees and the smoothing out of our land to make it easier to farm in the past. All of Australia needs to be resculpted. Retain the water. Let is soak into the land- not run off and cause gullies.

Another useful information video Tim I'm so happy to have found your videos all from wanting to tie a knot properly cheers. So for the willing but not so smart these contours or what the tractor is doing are these swales or similar? Cheers master.

Hi Tony. Glad you like the content mate! They are definitely not swales. They don’t hold water, they leak. Designed to spread water across a contour and then allow it to infiltrate quite quickly.
