What will be the last date for filing suit e.q cause if action arises on 23 feb 2021. We file suit on 24 feb 2021. 3 yrs limitation period. Last date will be 24 feb 2021 to 23 feb 2024 or 24 feb 2021 to 24 feb 2024.
